SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING / KELOWNA
Show up with something worth choosing.
Social media marketing for Kelowna businesses that want original ideas, a recognizable voice and a manageable way to stay visible.
A social presence with a clear job to do
Your feed should help someone understand what you offer, why it matters and what to do next. A Kelowna café might need to make a seasonal menu worth a visit. A trades business might need to show how it approaches a project. A local shop might need to explain a product before a customer walks through the door. The starting point is your customer’s decision, rather than an empty publishing calendar.
We connect brand-led creative with an agreed publishing workflow. Your approved business facts supply the useful details, alongside assets you provide or AI creative agreed with you. AI supports production and adaptation. Human review checks the message before it represents your business online.
From original idea to approved post
- Define the direction. We discuss your audience, services, priorities, tone and available photographs or video. Topics should answer real questions, explain your work or give people a reason to visit.
- Create the original. A piece might be an educational post, a short video, a product story or a useful explanation. The creative should be accurate, distinctive and connected to your offer.
- Review together. You check business details, permissions, availability and the overall direction. The approval process is agreed before publishing begins.
- Adapt and publish. Captions, formats and links are prepared for selected channels through authorized access. Adapted placements are distinct from the number of original content pieces.
- Review the response. We look for useful signals and questions that can inform the next round. A reach number alone does not tell the whole story.
Publishing is one part of the workload
Someone also needs to answer questions, respond to comments, check messages and take part in relevant local conversations. Thoughtful interaction with other pages can introduce your business to people who share an interest. It takes attention and judgment; generic comments or a follower promise are poor substitutes.
Choose your daily interaction allowance in the pricing calculator. We recommend one hour of human equivalent interaction per British Columbia business day, shared across your selected pages, at $20 per hour. This describes the amount of interaction being modeled; it does not promise an hour of manual human work. We agree suitable replies, relevant conversations and escalation before work begins. Customer support and direct-message handling need an agreed scope.
Use the free social media time and cost calculator to separate creation, publishing and audience engagement. Every estimate is editable, so the workload reflects the way your business actually operates.
Choose a useful starting point
Choose how many social pages you have or want, then set the number of posts per day for each page. We recommend two posts per British Columbia business day per page. Social posts are $5 per placement: one post published to three pages counts as three placements. A placement can adapt shared creative; it is not a promise of a separate original asset for each page. Platform access, eligibility and supported formats are checked at onboarding.
The calculator combines your posting volume and interaction allowance with any website content you select. Daily quantities use the selected month’s BC business days. Holidays, weekends and evening posting or interactions can be discussed separately. Video production is quoted according to length and difficulty; its price is separate from the social posting allowance.
We agree the content formats, calendar, approval process and revision scope before work begins. On-site photography or filming, ad spend, direct-message handling and customer support receive a separate scope unless agreed otherwise.
Bring your current channels and one or two goals to the conversation. We can outline a focused scope by email before you decide. A plan enquiry does not begin a subscription.
Send your website, current channels and one business goal. We will review them by email and outline three prioritized opportunities with a scoped quote for the work we recommend. This is a focused email review, with no obligation to hire us.
