WEBSITE DESIGN / KELOWNA

A better first impression. A clearer next step.

Website design for Kelowna businesses that want their offer to be understood, their content to have a home and their next customer to know where to go.

Give your business room to explain itself

A strong website does more than introduce a brand. It helps someone understand the service, find an answer and decide whether to get in touch. Clear navigation and useful pages make that journey easier on a phone as well as a larger screen.

We start by identifying the decisions a customer needs to make. Those decisions become the basis for the page structure, copy and calls to action. A visual direction then gives the site a recognizable character without getting in the way of the information.

Plan the pages around distinct needs

A homepage introduces the business and its main offers. Service pages explain the specifics. A blog provides room for considered answers and examples. Free resources can give visitors a useful next step before they are ready to enquire. Each page should have its own purpose, rather than repeat the same sales message.

  • Offer: what the visitor can ask you to do and who it is suitable for.
  • Process: what information is needed and what happens after an enquiry.
  • Useful detail: the questions and practical distinctions that help someone assess the fit.
  • Content: original guidance and resources that can grow with your business.
  • Action: a clear, proportionate invitation to take the next step.

A design and review process you can follow

  1. Define the scope. Agree the pages, content, features, responsibilities and delivery expectations before building.
  2. Shape the direction. Review the layout and brand treatment with representative content, rather than a page full of placeholders.
  3. Build the experience. Connect navigation, page content and the agreed enquiry journey. Give text and images room to work across screen sizes.
  4. Check the result. Review links, layouts and important interactions. Confirm business information and any commercial copy before a public launch.
  5. Plan ongoing ownership. Agree how updates, hosting, access and maintenance will be handled.

Connect design with your marketing

Your website can give a social post somewhere useful to send people. A service explanation can support local search. A resource can answer a question that repeatedly comes up in an inbox. Planning those connections early avoids building a site that looks complete but has little useful content behind its navigation.

Search-ready is a foundation.

Unique titles, descriptive pages and working internal links support a sound structure. They do not guarantee rankings. A new website also needs a public launch and crawlable pages before search engines can discover its content.

Choose the right project size

A website project starts at $1,499 CAD before tax for up to five core pages and blog setup, subject to an agreed scope. This one-time starting cost is shown separately from monthly marketing in the calculator. Hosting, domain names, subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately. Larger websites and additional features need a scoped quote.

A home for your content.

Choose “No” when the calculator asks whether you have a website to include the starting website project cost. You can then choose monthly blog posts, free visitor-facing resources or both. Content creation is separate from the website build.

Build your estimate ↗

Your approved business facts and available assets shape the copy and visual direction. We agree what needs creating, the enquiry journey, access and launch responsibilities before work begins. Consolidated revision rounds bring your feedback together at defined review points. Extra functionality, ecommerce, booking systems, migrations and custom applications receive a separate scope and quote.

Ongoing marketing is optional. If you want regular social posting, interaction or website content after launch, build your estimate and bring your selections to the conversation. Monthly marketing is separate from the one-time website project.

Send a brief description of your business, the current website if you have one, and the next step you want customers to take. We will continue the conversation by email and outline a suitable approach.
